A good liquid multi-vitamin?
I'm 25 yr old male with irritable bowel. I have trouble absorbing a lot of nutrients and supplements and many things upset my tummy. I'm pretty sensitive to herbs/stimulants as well.
Just looking for a high quality natural multi-vitamin, in liquid form.
Anyone reccomend a good one?

Hello Matty, Just because something is in liquid form does not make it highly assimilable. I looked at the site you mentioned and it really doesn't have that many elements and trace elements and could have some more vitamins. Plus it lists the Amino Acids but not how much of each. Some ingredients are listed as organic but are the rest synthetic which is harder for the body to break down. Just something to think about if your making a good choice.
What I take is 100% organic and can get in a powder form to mix in drinks and is over 95% assimilable in the stomach. I've been consuming for past 14 years.
