Writing about weight loss and especially how to lose weight really fast is something I enjoy doing because it helps to keep me focused on my goal. I made the title "How To Lose Weight Really Fast" because if I made the title something like "The Sure Slow Method To Losing Weight" not many people would be very interested. You see most people have the "I want it now" mentality. It seems like the old adage of "anything worth having is worth waiting for" has missed it's mark on most of us.

In today's world of fast food and botox we have lost sight of the true meaning of living our lives to the fullest potential. With this attitude we are setting ourselves up for failure with regards to weight loss. We are all looking for the quick fix. Hey if I can't lose weight then I'll just get my stomach stapled. In about 6 months I will have lost enough weight to start feeling good about myself. But what happens after the weight loss? Your habits haven't changed, your cravings are still there and you want to know the hard facts? Most people still put the weight back on.

You weight loss dreams will only be actualized if you learn to adopt a whole new outlook on life. Yea you can lose weight really fast. You can also put the weight back on really fast too. What you need to do to lose weight and keep it off is to look inside yourself and see what makes you tick. Why do you overeat? Why don't you exercise? Why do you tell yourself everyday that you want to lose weight and everyday you continue to sabotage yourself with self defeating behaviors.

It all starts in the mind and everything you have thought about you have manifested in your life. Each time you look at yourself and say "I Am Fat" , guess what? You get fat. You have manifested that very thing you hate into your life as surely as if you went to the store and bought it. How about trying this on for size (excuse the pun). If you want to lose weight really fast then starting right now, every time you have a thought ask yourself "Is this a positive or a negative thought". Is this going to empower me or is this going to defeat me?

After a few days of doing this you will notice that you not only are starting to get to know yourself better but you are starting to take control of your life. You are deciding what to think and in turn you are manifesting what you really want in your life and that is to be at your ideal weight. Not necessarily thin because ideal is different for everyone. Find out what is ideal for you and you will lose weight really fast.

Replace your negative thoughts with positive thoughts and I guarantee you will reach your goals. I made my mind up when I started on my weight loss journey that I was going to love myself and treat myself as I would want others to treat me. Start your journey of weight loss and self reflection and not only will you lose weight you will gain your self respect.
